The Green Phoenix project is located at 1339 and 1355 King Street West, in Parkdale, a west Toronto
neighborhood. The nearest major intersection is Dufferin and King. The
site is the home of Phoenix Place and Shalom House a 146 unit project
owned and operated by the Parkdale United Church Foundation, [PUCF].
