Development approvals
The property is zoned R3 Z1.0. A preliminary design done by Hilditch Architect in 2004 provided 21 new units and improvements to amenity spaces, PUCF commissioned a planning review with the help of Parkdale Liberty Economic Development Corporation. After this, City planning staff then agreed that the project did not require re-zoning, and that planning issues could be dealt with through the Committee of Adjustment.
